Legal consultations and advisory services are custom intellectual and professional services tailored to the client’s request, requiring immediate allocation of time and legal expertise upon order confirmation. Accordingly, refunds are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Prior to Commencement of Review or Consultation:
The client is entitled to cancel the consultation request and receive a full refund, provided that written notice is given to the firm at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time (or before the actual commencement of reviewing the case file/submitted documents).
Inability of the Firm to Provide the Service:
If the firm is unable to provide the consultation at the scheduled time or declines the case for any legal or professional reason (such as a conflict of interest), a full refund will be issued to the client without any deductions.
The client is not eligible for a refund in the following cases:
After Service Delivery: Once the consultation session has been conducted (verbally, via phone call, or in writing via email, website, or WhatsApp).
Commencement of Work: If the legal team has already commenced reviewing documents, drafting legal memorandums, or formulating legal opinions at the client’s request.
No-Show by the Client: If the client fails to attend the scheduled consultation session (online or at the firm’s office) without providing notice at least 24 hours in advance. In such cases, the appointment is deemed concluded, and the client forfeits the right to request a refund or reschedule, except at the firm’s sole discretion.
Provision of False or Incomplete Information: If the service cannot be properly rendered due to the client withholding material facts or providing inaccurate information.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used by the client (whether paid via the website or direct payment links).
Refunds are subject to applicable payment gateway fees, transaction charges (if any), and banking regulations.
Refund processing typically takes 5 to 14 business days to reflect in the client’s account or card, depending on the policies of the involved banks and payment gateways.
Clients may reschedule their consultation appointment once free of charge, provided that the firm is notified at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
